The Gift

2 Corinthians 5:18  All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation; My God it seems as if I just wished you guys a happy April! Now we're in the last week of the month having already celebrated Easter!  Explain the logic! I personally don't celebrate Easter from a traditional standpoint.  For a while now, I've stepped aside and let the saints have their lavish garments and the weetots hunt for eggs.  While dodging  potential  anger aneurysms induced by arguments hosted by the "woke" folk and people who like to bring up their other gods to refute the existence of Jesus even though they don't even really worship or follow these gods on regular days.  Real talk, I'm just one of those people that know for a fact that if it had not been for the Lord who was on my side... *Insert Baptist shout here______* No seriously though, when you know you're living on borrowed time and rented

Gates of a Citadel

Proverbs 18:19 A brother offended is more unyielding than a fortified city; disputes are like  the barred gates of a citadel. Good morning, good afternoon, good evening. Whatever time of the day it is that you’ve landed yourself here, I humbly extend my gratitude to you for choosing to do so.  Right now, I’m taking full advantage of a surge of encouragement I received this past weekend from my church’s conference for God’s preachers/communicators, and creatives. It was three days full of jam packed soul food that I personally, prior to registering, had no full idea how much I really needed.  So yeah, I’m still in geek mode right now eager to see how me and God are going to put this new found knowledge to the test.  Excited is an understatement.  #TheLituation: HE WILL DELIVER! Last week, we convened over the topic of how important community with other people is, how God moves greatly through communal agreements, as well as the hurdles we must acknowledge when attemptin

The Assembling

Hebrews 10:25  ...not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching. Good day! It's a great day to be alive here in the land of the living. I pray all is well with you right now. If not, I extend a hearty prayer that whatever has your spirit downcast that its effects be reversed in Jesus' name. Amen.  Moving right along, shall we? Last week, I took it upon myself to put out a blazing forest fire in the kingdom in respect to infighting and these death matches between people of the faith due to competitions and comparisons.  I wanted to point out how such causes the church to be disjointed and how no durable work can be done with disjointed members.   I was somewhat reiterating a point I made in my first post of this year.  If you haven't already read either of those posts, feel free to check it out when you're able. God had me start there first to set

ApolLOS Creed

1 Corinthians 1:12  I bring this up because some from Chloe’s family brought a most disturbing report to my attention—that you’re fighting among yourselves! I’ll tell you exactly what I was told: You’re all picking sides, going around saying, “I’m on Paul’s side,” or “I’m for Apollos,” or “Peter is my man,” or “I’m in the Messiah group.” Happy April beautiful people! It's the beginning of the second quarter of this year. I think April happens to be one of my favorite months, next to my birthday month of September, of course. Mainly because of the tulips and all of the other flowers that tend to come into full bloom around this time. I guess the visible evidence of the season changing from winter to spring is what's exciting. Plus, I can't wait to go on bike rides and jogs along Lake Michigan. It's THEE best! Gives me hope that maybe in the spirit realm the same seasonal shift is occurring.  And I don't know about you guys, but this chick is eager for some
