Beyond the Thunderdome

  Ephesians 6:11  Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. Hey there my beautiful people! How are y'all feeling?  I'll be honest and say right now I haven't been really feeling my best.  The only description I have for what I'm experiencing is, it's like as if I can feel the ebbs and flows of the world.  The heaving and lurching and violent rushing of waves crashing up against rocks.  I can truly say that I've found a new meaning of what it is to be anchored in Christ.  And yet I press!  Despite how I feel, I press on  towards the mark for the prize of the higher calling of Christ Jesus, like Apostle Paul told the Philippians in chapter 3 verse 14 of that book.  Now t hat right there should have done something in your shando.  (inner man, ha!)  I wanted to be transparent for anybody who may be feeling a similar way.  Be encouraged, beloved...

No Sex in The Champagne Room

Romans 12:1  “Therefore, I urge you, brot hers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship." Happy February my beautiful people from all over! Since it has been donned the month of LOVE , I'm not surprised that God was prepping my gaze the end of last year to speak on the matters and issues of the heart this month as it pertains to sex and romantic relationships. I typically shy away from these types of discussions part due to some very strong personal convictions.  But something in me is relatively excited this go round!    So last month, I celebrated 6 years of abstaining from sexual activity. I think it was the first 2 years that were more of a struggle because around that time I was still heavily idolizing marriage.
