Thank You, Next!


Hello there! Thank you to each and every soul that stopped by today. 
I appreciate you all so much! I really pray that at least one of my posts this year blessed you in some way. A lot of blood, sweat, and tears went into them. 
No lies.

 This year didn't turn out nearly the way that I expected. 
But you know, I can dig it.
I feel light. Free. Optimistic. And at peace. 
It's a pretty dope space to be in if you were to ask me.

 Just so you all know, this will actually be my last post indefinitely. 
Nothing is wrong. All is well on my end. I'm just following God's cues and hanging up the jersey for this season. 
He told me last week's post, 
Lovely Bones was a good note to end on. 
Two weeks earlier than last year and 43 blog topics sitting in my drafts...
SAY WHAAAT?! 

To be honest, He'd been giving me hints that this would be my last year here sharing from this platform. I believe He's prepping me for more visibility. The only reason I believe this, is because I DON'T WANT TO BE MORE VISIBLE! 
Me: "But God, I like being a figment of people's imaginations."
Him: "Sure you do."

Sooooo yeah. Here we are. LOL!
I got a few projects spinning in my idea wheel for next year that I'm super excited about! 
It's going to take a lot more focus, discipline, and creativity to carry them out. 
As well as freeing up time to be 
God's understudy for whatever and wherever He needs me. 
Clearing my plate is necessary.
I'm also very much ready to pack my bags and do some traveling!

With all of that being said, I want to stay connected to you. I still plan to drop some gems from time to time via my Fanpage. Go ahead and follow me if you haven't. So I run with purpose in every step. I am not just shadowboxing. I discipline my body like an athlete, training it to do what it should. Otherwise, I fear that after preaching to others I myself might be disqualified.

DEATH TO BOAZ!

If I hear another woman of God say she’s waiting on her “Boaz”, I’m going to scream my lungs bloody and hit her upside the head with an offering basket! Real talk! You’ve read the title, so you probably already can guess that this post is not going to be the nicest cup of tea you’ve had to drink. But you have to drink it and YES THIS IS YOUR BUSINESS! The Effectual Fervent Prayer

I am convinced that there is no such thing as an unanswered prayer. I believe I’ve touched on this before in an earlier post. But I’ve received some new revelations to add to my case. 2 Corinthians 1:20 For no matter how many promises God has made, they are "Yes" in Christ. And so through him the "Amen" is spoken by us to the glory of God. So does this mean that every prayer we send up, God says “Yes” to? Well, I must inform you, that it’s a little more complicated than that. Yet, it’s  not at all hard to understand. There is a three part transaction in this entire process. First we have OUR PRAYERS. Second, we have GOD’S PROMISES. Third, we have THE AMEN.” Yo, I’m so excited to explain this in full!  YOUR PRAYERS: The desires and issues of your heart are the language behind your prayers.
